With the invention of the Internet and social networking, there are lots of resources out there on disability and employment.  You could subscribe to tons of listservs and try to filter through all of this great information, but who has time? So, where do you turn....

For the past seven years, the national technical assistance project ( dpnavigator.net) to the U.S. Department of Labor-funded Work Incentive Grants and Disability Program Navigators has been researching, compiling and disseminating a weekly e-newsletter called One-Stop Toolkit Resources of the Week.

The One-Stop Toolkit Resource of the Week, which now reaches over 20,000, represents information updates sent on a weekly basis, which include websites and publications of interest, upcoming events (such as conferences, webcasts, etc.), action items such as grant opportunities, and additional resources and information applicable to the workforce system community on disability and employment.  Through its affiliation with the National Disability Institute, the One-Stop Toolkit Resources of the Week has added a new section to its weekly publication, Real Economic Impact, that will share information and resources on asset building strategies that can help secure better financial futures for Americans with disabilities.
