June 10, 2010: President and CEO Robert L. Spinks and Rachel Klein, Senior Director of Marketing Operations of United Way of Central Oklahoma welcomed a large audience of state and local level non-profits and private sector partners to learn about the Real Economic Impact Tour. Karen O’Neill, Territory Manager, IRS SPEC and her staff welcomed attendees and described the importance of free preparation and its value for taxpayers with disabilities.
