National Disability Institute's BEST Interns program began earlier this year in New Jersey. The program is a partnership with Allies, Inc. of New Jersey and the Federation of Community Development Credit Unions funded by the Kessler Foundation to pilot and test a two-year employment and career advancement model in the financial service sector in New Jersey.
