The National Commission on Fiscal Responsibility and Reform held a public hearing on June 30th in Washington, D.C., where the chairmen and commissioners heard ideas from members of the public on the federal budget and what can or should be done about the deficit. Michael Morris testifed, representing the National Disability Institute and the Burton Blatt Institute at Syracuse University.
