Goodwill
The Goodwill organization is a partner with the Hawaii Asset Building Coalition and is sponsoring two free tax preparation sites in Honolulu and Hilo.
Independent Living
Independent Living is currently seeking free tax preparation services for people with disabilities.
Hawaii Services on Deafness and Ho’Opono
Two existing free tax preparation sites are open to persons with hearing and vision impairments; Hawaii Services on Deafness and Ho’Opono.
The Honolulu City Disability Initiative is in its initial year of providing a stronger emphasis on promoting products and services for persons with disabilities. The Hawaii, Hawaii Asset Building Coalition (HABC), is engaged with the Disability Initiative. Presentations and brochures have been provided and/or offered to the larger benefit provider organizations. The free tax preparation sites have been availed to organizations, as well.
