The Executive Director has agreed to take part in the Initiative. They are attending the meetings. Their involvement is increasing. This is a mobile tax preparation site.
The Arc is hosting a “Tax Day” in February 2007 for consumers, their families, and Arc staff. Invited the Disability Initiative to take part in their parent and consumer workshops.

Cerebral Palsy Research Foundation is the primary partner in the Disability Initiative and one staff member is the chairman of the Initiative.

United Way is one of the primary partners of the Coalition and one staff member will coordinate all Wichita VITA sites this year.
The City ADA Director is part of the CORE Committee. City of Wichita is one of the primary partners of the Coalition and one staff member attended the Mayoral Summit in New York and is committed to a very visible event to promote the Disability Initiative. There are 3 Neighborhood City Hall’s that are hosting VITA sites.
